Cue Your Truth is a space designed to help you connect with your intuition, release limiting beliefs, and align with your true self through energy work, Human Design, and Akashic Readings.

2. How do I know if a session is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or curious about understanding your energy on a deeper level, these sessions can help. You just need an open mind and a willingness to explore what’s holding you back.

3. What happens in a session?
Every session is unique, but typically, I tune in beforehand and receive an intuitive message for you. We’ll then meet over Zoom to discuss your challenges, explore energetic patterns, and find ways to align more deeply with your truth.

4. How do I book a session?
You can schedule through my Calendly link, which will be provided on my website and social media pages.

5. Do you offer a discovery call before booking a full session?
Yes! I offer a 20-minute discovery call where we can discuss what you’re looking for, how I work, and whether it’s the right fit.

Energy Work & Therapy

6. Can this replace therapy?
No, energy work isn’t a replacement for therapy, but rather another tool for self-understanding and healing. Therapy and energy work often explore similar themes—patterns, emotions, limiting beliefs, and personal growth—but through different lenses.

7. How does this work alongside therapy?
Traditional therapy provides a psychological framework to process emotions, experiences, and mental patterns, while energy work focuses on the unseen layers—your energetic field, intuition, and subconscious blocks. Both approaches help you gain clarity, but energy work can feel more intuitive and holistic, addressing what might be harder to verbalize in a traditional setting.

8. Is this approach right for me if I’m already in therapy?
Absolutely! Many clients find that energy work enhances their therapy experience by offering a new perspective on the same challenges. It’s like looking at the same puzzle but from a different angle—sometimes a shift in perspective is all that’s needed for things to click into place.

Crystalline Consciousness Technique (CCT) Questions

9. What is Crystalline Consciousness Technique (CCT)?
CCT is an energy healing modality that works with the Crystalline Energy System to help smooth out distortions in your energetic field, remove resistance, and allow for more aligned transformation.

10. What does a CCT session look like?
After our discovery call, I’ll complete the energy charts on my own and, for an additional fee, can send a follow-up video explaining the shifts taking place.

11. Will I feel anything during or after a CCT session?
Everyone experiences it differently—some feel immediate relief, clarity, or lightness, while others notice gradual shifts over time. The work happens on an energetic level, so results may unfold subtly.

12. Can CCT help with anxiety or emotional blocks?
Yes! CCT helps release stuck emotions and old patterns, allowing your system to integrate higher vibrational energy and function more smoothly.

Human Design & Akashic Record Questions

13. What is Human Design, and how can it help me?
Human Design is like an energetic blueprint showing how you best operate in the world. It helps you understand your decision-making process, energy flow, and areas where you may be conditioned to act out of alignment.

14. What do I need for a Human Design session?
Your birth date, time, and location are essential for an accurate chart reading.

15. What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are an energetic database containing information about your soul’s past, present, and potential future. I access these records to provide guidance on patterns, challenges, and next steps in your journey.

16. Can I ask specific questions in an Akashic Records session?
Yes! The more specific your questions, the more direct the guidance. Questions like, “What is blocking me from achieving X?” or “How can I align more with my purpose?” work best.

Logistics & Other Details

17. Do you offer in-person sessions, or are they all online?
All sessions are currently conducted over Zoom to accommodate clients anywhere in the world.

18. What’s the difference between a single session and a package?
A single session gives you insight into a specific challenge, while a package allows for deeper integration and transformation over time.

19. What if I don’t understand everything in my session?
That’s completely normal! Some insights take time to process. I encourage journaling and reflection after our session, and I offer follow-up options if you need additional clarity.

20. What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
I ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.

21. How do I prepare for a session?
Bring an open mind, a quiet space, and any questions or topics you’d like to explore. Some people also like to have a journal handy for notes.
